02 / REFRESH

Crochet maintenance & repairs

Thoughtful attention for the locs you already love.

Describe the refresh you want

Tell us whether you want an overall maintenance visit or attention to particular sections. You might want to discuss roots that are joining, an older repair, the way your hair sits, or a more defined appearance for an occasion. What you want to keep matters just as much as what you want to change.

Crochet maintenance, tailored to your goals

We will discuss your current locs and the finish you prefer before agreeing on the work. A natural outline, loose ends, or individual character can be part of your preference. Ask which areas need attention and which can be left alone; a useful service does not require every client to choose an identical finish.

Individual repairs need an assessment

Share clear photographs if requested and explain previous extensions or repairs where known. Images help start a conversation but cannot establish every detail or guarantee a technique. Avoid cutting or repeatedly working an unfamiliar concern before asking for advice.

A routine for between visits

Bring product names and questions about your current washing, drying, or daily arrangements. We can discuss practical care suited to your own locs. Persistent scalp symptoms or unexplained hair loss need qualified healthcare advice rather than a cosmetic assessment alone.

Let’s talk about your locs.

Nanaimo appointments and home-visit inquiries welcome. Tell us about your hair and your goals; availability and arrangements are confirmed directly.
